How does it work?
For obtaining the discount, your friend/family member would need to enter a promotional code at the checkout, mentioning the Name and Order number (4-digit number on the invoice) in the ‘Order & delivery comments’ section. You can pass on to your friend, the promotional code, which is on the back of the invoice of your last purchase. - Send us back the old bag which you would want to exchange(with name, address, phone number & order number of your last purchase)
- We will send you the promotional code for the exchange program.
- You can redeem the code when you purchase your new bag from our website.
- Your old bags will be sent to British Heart Foundation to raise money for the needy.
