Making a Purchase
Paying by CHEQUE & POSTAL ORDER, please make cheque's & postal orders payable to epacks.co.uk.
Paying by CHEQUE this may take up to 4 days to clear & up to 3 day to deliver.
Paying by POSTAL ORDER it will take up to 3 days to deliver

Shipping and handling
ePacks will only ship in the UK; To ensure customers receive the best service, ePacks will be using Parcel Force & Royal Mail as couriers.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 7-10 business days. If you have any enquires please do not hesitate to contact us.
Tax charges
All orders include VAT and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Refunds/returns
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify ePacks within 14 days of receipt.
If you are returning your item, we will refund you via credit card or Debit card.
*Refund will be made for the price of the item.
*Excluding shipping costs.
